Those who are have a better outlook on life and are more apt to treat others with kindness and respect. Secondly those who are fit in the four areas mentioned have a much higher self esteem and love themselves. Those who love themselves love others much more freely. For the record my name is Jim Burns and I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer.
